Casa Brina, with its eighteenth century wine cellars, is the ideal point of departure for a vacation dedicated to food and wine discoveries.
The fermentation and aging cellars are in Strada Monferrato 2, and can be visited during the week and on weekends and holidays (by appointment only). There is a Wine Shop in the cellars, and guided tours can be arranged (languages: Italian, French and English).

Classic tasting
The Classic Tasting takes you to visit our historic cellar Bava and a tour around the botanical library Cocchi, a journey through the winemaking. Thereafter in our Tasting room you’ll taste 3 wines and one Vermouth of the Bava and Cocchi production.
Bava, story of Monferrato
This is a Tasting that will give you the possibility to discover the story of Monferrato, our territory. After the visit to the historic cellar and barrel room, you’ll taste 4 iconic wines of the Bava Winery.
Cocchi, Vermouths and aperitivi
The Tasting of our aromatised wines includes a visit to the cellar and the discovery of our botanical library. You’ll learn the story behind Cocchi Vermouths and have a closer look at the fascinating world of mixology.
Cocchi, discovering Alta Langa DOCG
If you love Metodo Classico, this Tasting is for you. After a guided tour in the historic cellar, you’ll visit the space dedicated to Alta Langa DOCG bottles. Short after you’ll taste the sparkling wines of Alta Langa DOCG in our Tasting room.
Bava, Piedmont's finest
This Tasting is thought for full-bodied red wine lovers. You’ll visit our historic cellars and our new barrel room. Then you’ll have the opportunity to taste only the best vintages of the top 5 wines of Bava estates production.
Personalized tastings
Personalized visit with the possibility of tasting historical vintages of the family reserves in combination with cheeses.
